The FinTRACA is
reporting to the Supreme Council of Da Afghanistan
Bank
Within the FinTRACA,
the FIU functions are discharged by the Financial
Intelligence Division
The Financial Intelligence
Division has three components: The Compliance Unit,
Administration & Information Technology Unit and
Analyses and liaison Unit
