کاپيسا، عضوشورای همبستگی ملی قريه قلعه صمد
ميباشد. پروژه که در اين قريه توسط اين شورا تاسيس شده دستگاه برق
آبی کوچک است. مجموع مصارف اين پروژه به مبلغ (700،000) افغانی
ميرسد، که تقريبا 180 فاميل مربوط قريه قلعه صمد از اين برق
استفاده ميکنند. محـمد نعـيم ميگــويد، " برای شورای ما مبلغ
(900،000) افغانی از طرف پروگرام همبستگی ملی در نظر گرفته شده بود،
که تمام اين پول از طريق نمايندگی د افغانستان بانک در ولايت
کاپيسا به بسيار سهولت در اختيار ما قرار گرفت وضرورت به فرستادن نماينده
های ما به کابل نشد."

“Transfer and transaction of
money through the bank is easy and safe”
Mohammad Naim, resident of Kapisa is a member
of National Solidarity Council of Qala-e-Samad village. The
project undertaken by the council is a small hydropower plant.
The total expenditure of this project is 700,000Afs, and about
180 families benefit from the production of this plant. Mohammad
Naim says, “The National Solidarity Program had projected funds
of 900,000Afs for our council. This fund was provided to us
through Da Afghanistan bank branch office in the Kapisa
province. There was no need to send a representative to Kabul to
receive the payment, as they received their money from bank’s
branch office.
